Last updated October 2026. This policy explains what information Geographic Information Apparel collects when you visit the site or place an order, and what we do with it.
When you place an order, checkout is handled by Shopify, our store platform. It collects your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and payment details. Payment card details are processed by Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
To make and ship your order, your name, shipping address and order contents are shared with Printful, the company that prints and ships our products, and with the shipping carrier.
If you email us, we keep the email and your address so we can reply.
Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload; it isn't sent to us until you check out. Shopify sets cookies needed for the cart, checkout and fraud prevention, and may use analytics cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not work without the essential ones.
We use your information to fulfill and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and claims, answer questions, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We don't sell your personal information. We only send marketing email if you sign up for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing hello@geographicinformationapparel.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
